Size: around 1 1/2"
i would love for someone to tell me what this is.. i have many of them in the woods right behind my house... i found it under a log in about 1 foot of water... i thought it was a baby cray fish till i brought it up... it has 6 legs, little black wings, 8 strips on the back end, and also seems to have no pincers. please get back to me at Uphold123@aol.com ty

i have lived in the area for
i have lived in the area for 19 years and have always went to the woods just to look around but have never seen it. Some people said it might be a moth but i did not thing moths started out under water.
