Black Bee - Apis mellifera Valdosta, GA, USA, Lowndes County, Georgia, USA May 1, 2012 Size: Same size as honeybees
This guy (or gal) was more hyper than the honeybees that were all over this sweetclover. He was a bit more camera shy, also. By hyper, I mean he moved faster from flower to flower on the same stalk, and from stalk to stalk.
