Geometridae: Nemoria sp. Too many that all look the same and I had to take this photo as they moved about near the camp light. Thought maybe you could put a name on this one, thanks.

Pectinate antennae = ♂
This guy seems to have very short antennae pectines, which should rule out the genus Chlorochlamys.
The dotted quality of the lines on the wings reminds me of some in the genus Xerochlora. This might be a male Xerochlora viridipallens. The range includes western Texas. This species includes the qualities noted by Maury, in the comment below.
