I had collected the parasitized egg(?) and quite a few of these tiny wasps are what emerged.

Great shots of some very tiny wasps! It's not very often that we get to see the wing stigma on these. They are all egg parasitoids of various insects.

I wasn't really expecting wasps, but I had noticed this egg was darker and different in appearance than most I see of its size/shape, so I collected it. Great to know - thanks!
