Garden Canyon, Huachuca Mountains, Cochise County, Arizona, USA

Looks like Acmaeodera, but I can't find a species match. On the same flower with what looks like Acmaeodera rubronotata.

That looks about right, however the darn things are rather variable and can sometimes be difficult to pin down.
