I think it's
Aseptis adnixa - the adult that is! Cool to have the caterpillar.

 
i put the rest back
when i think of it i will get the plant name for ya'll..its a prunus like a wild plum..very yuccy fruits. and it IS adnixa, oneof the boys..i think it was Dick told me last year. they were thick on this bush.

everytime i picked a piece of foodfor them there were more on it! the bush was full of them..
