Steve,
Good find! You have added a new species for Ohio.

According to my new Peterson Field Guide, "multicolred FW has abstract pattern of pale orange, lilac and maroon, overlaid with a network of white lines and veines. Tip of abdomen has pincerlike appendages."

Isn't the new Moth Guide great?

I think so
Look up Silky Sallow - Hodges #9950 in it :)
