Arctosa rubicunda
Yes, rubicunda. This actually keys out pretty easily using Dondale & Redner (1983 or 1990), even without a detailed view of the epigynum. With the anterior row of eyes "distinctly longer than middle row" one ends up at emertoni ("legs with dark rings") or rubicunda ("legs without dark rings").
