yes, P. 14-punctata - male
Although the original (accidental) introduction of the established North American population was in Quebec, this is the first image of the species on BG from the province.

It's a male, with the solid-white center of the head; females have a small black spot in the middle of the "face."

Not an ID, just an observation...
It bears a resemblance to the Fourteen-spotted Lady Beetle (Propylea quatuordecimpunctata):
