Camponotus modoc - minor worker
Combination of reddish legs and golden hue on the gaster is diagnostic for this nice Californian species.
Aphids are interesting too, by showing several stages from young nymphs to adults females of the apterous, viviparous parthenogetenic, phase. They should belong to the genus Cinara of family Lachnidae, like most Aphids tended by ants on Pinaceae trees.
