Chad, these jumpers were photographed at the locaction Dick Walton took me to where he photographed these.

 
Perhaps...
it could be S. fasciger. Yours just looks darker and the pale areas look different. This genus can be tricky and I have limited experience beyond S. fasciger.

 
I'll leave it at the genus page for now and move it if another opinion comes in. Thanks for the help.

Looks like
one of the Sitticus species but not S. fasciger.
