Anatis larva - Anatis labiculata

Anatis larva - Anatis labiculata
Manayunk, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, USA
May 14, 2012
Size: 10mm
Found in a small wooded area near a canal in urban Philadelphia, along with a large number of Harmonia axyridis larvae. The size immediately set it apart from them, however. I am attempting to rear this larva to adulthood to determine the species.

I think this is a third instar but it might be a fourth instar.
