Leafhopper nymph?

Leafhopper nymph?
Claremont, Los Angeles County, California, USA
May 14, 2012
This tiny insect was spotted on Camissoniopsis bistorta (California Sun Cup) at the Claremont Colleges’ Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station. I think it is a leafhopper nymph. Any information about its identity will be greatly appreciated!

Moved from Leafhoppers.

ldeafhopper nymph
possibly a Gloridonus nymph

this came out great, considering that it was no more than 3 mm in length.
