L. ampla probably
According to

)
, Lopidea ampla is the only black and yellow member of the genus that occurs on the west coast, and it fits the description of that species (note that there are many other black and yellow species on the east coast however)

Miridae are way out of my league:-) At some point I hope to recruit an expert to help us place our images from that family. This is a great shot and should be no problem for an expert.
