If this is the same specimen as in your other image, it's a male just getting his "colors." On my monitor, it's difficult to tell if the wings have white patches outside the black, or if there's a reflection of light (sun or flash) in that location--the pruinosity of the wings isn't very developed. White on the wings will indicate a male even if the body color looks like a female (and the white/pale blue appearance of the body will come in a few days. Black-and-clear wings, on the other hand, would indicate a female if you have doubts about the terminal appendages (I often have doubts about the terminal appendages...between aging eyesight and a small laptop monitor, I do much better with color and pattern.)

 
Wingtips of the female
are often tinged with black, also.
