Legs are clearly not uniforml
Legs are clearly not uniformly brown. The front tibiae are very dark and with some white only at the extreme bases. Mid and hind tibiae are white except for the extreme apex. The frons also appears to be quite narrow.

Moved from Horse and Deer Flies. A very pretty specimen. It is female; you can tell in horse flies because the eyes will touch medially in males. I am not familiar enough with the Tabanus of Texas to try for a species ID at this time. Thanks a lot for the video!
