Rhopalid
This is a member of the Rhopalidae, probably Arhyssus.

Not Miridae.
This is not a mirid. Might be in the Lygaeoidea, Rhopalidae, or Coreidae. Sorry I can't narrow it further:-( Note short, thick antennae, no cuneus.
