Looks somewhat like Eutreta, but isn't!

...peacock fly, but the wing pattern and legs look somewhat different to me.

 
Tough one!
I don't think either of us have it. Hopefully, you'll draw some expert commentary. In my limited experience, peacock fly holds its wings differently than yours, looking somewhat like a tiny turkey.
