Scymnus kansanus
The narrow, elongated shape is the first clue. Thank you for the ventral image, that's necessary to tell this sp. from S. cervicalis! The structure of the prosternal carinae and the fifth abdominal segment match S. kansanus perfectly.

some Scymnus look exactly like this, but i'm no expert
