Name that ant - Camponotus

This was a large black ant. It was about 1/2 and inch long...again I am guessing, but it was very large. I found it crawling on the wall the other night

Think This Is A Carpenter Ant Queen...
...that probably recently took part in a mating flight and who's now looking for a place to found a new colony. Looks like one of the all-black Camponotus species, but which one, I don't know.
