Near a pond and marsh with a tiny stream nearby.
Is this some kind of stonefly? It resembles this

Going strictly by distribution, this almost has to be
Pteronarcys prot*eus
. This is a female. The key character is on the underside of the terminal abdominal segments. A good clear photo of that region would probably make a species ID possible.
