A number of these were flying around the parking lot near the Sterling Forest Visitor Center.

Female Ashy Clubtail, Gomphus lividus.

Gomphus exilis/lividus
This looks like either Lancet or Ashy clubtails, and I'd lean toward the latter (G. lividus) but I still have trouble with these two.
