This almost looks like the no
This almost looks like the non-white-ended form of occidentalis... but I'm not really sure. balteatus is my other guess, but I think it has too much black on the upper abdomen?

ed. - My other guess was frigidus, but it looks like the first few segments of the abdomen are black, which is more consistent with occidentalis. I'd say occidentalis. Any other opinions?
