Guess: Nitidulidae, Cryptarcha sp.
If it is 9 or so mm, it should pupate soon. Could easily be some other nitidulid group also.

 
So...
My guess is that one or more of the C. amplas that visited my windowsill bait station laid one or more eggs there. In that case, there were fr*uitfly ma*ggots and dead insects there as a good protien source. I thought I kept this larva but can't seem to find it. I'll search harder because I'd like to confirm the ID.
