Size: 10-13mm
Web-spinners. Early instars, presumably. Found several clusters of them on our burning bush (Euonymus alatus).

Didn't think to look up known host associations! That's clearly the same beast I have here. Thanks for the ID! I'm glad we caught them early - I think I managed to prune them all out without freaking out my plant too much...
