Definitely look like different species to us. Can you post the images separately so that when identified they can be moved to the correct locations in the guide. The top one {facing Left} looks like a flea beetle in the Genus Disonycha. Images can be found in the guide here. You may be in luck because Patrick was just studying these, so he may be able to give you an ID.
