ID revised
This was one of 3 specimens sent to me by Tom back in 2012 (2 from June 3, one from April 13). All 3 turned out to be this species. See my photo of the ventral surface of one of the specimens: https://bugguide.net/node/view/2439626/bgimage
The prosternum (elevated middle area broadened into a plate-like structure anteriorly) is diagnostic.
