Dytiscus sp. female.
This 'should' be a member of the genus Dytiscus. It is clearly a female, as males have greatly dilated front 'feet,' and smoother wing covers, with far fewer striations (and not as deep, either) than this specimen. Neat find! Family is Dytiscidae.
