Psyllid - Cacopsylla annulata

Psyllid - Cacopsylla annulata
Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA

On sugar maple.

Moved from Psylloidea.

Cacopsylla annulata
A pale yellow species with green abdomen, distinguished by its unusually wide head and the pale antennae annulated with black (1). While the head shape isn't visible in your photo, it still checks out against Tuthill's description, Crawford's diagrams, and other photos of this species. That you found it on its hostplant (sugar maple) is also convincing.

Moved from ID Request.

Reminds me of a Psyllid (-oid?)
Check the Psyllidae or, if you don't find a match, the other families in Psylloidea for a match (or wait for an opinion that's far more expert than mine).
