My guess:
A Salticid (pretty sure of that), maybe an immature
Phidippus
. If it
is
immature, it may grow the missing legs back, a little bigger with each molt. For now, though, it'll be hard put to keep from listing to starboard...

Soon to co-star in Pirates III with Jack Sparrow. It's nice to know the legs could return. With my knees, I should learn to molt!
