Milbert's tortoiseshell? - Aglais milberti

Size: 2.5-3 inch wingspan
Found this beauty in a vacant gravel covered lot. I have tentatively ID'd it as Milbert's tortoiseshell (Aglais milberti). I'd appreciate confirmation or correction. Thanks.
