Size: ~6 mm estimate from photo
A friend sent this photo, asking what was boring in his stack of Honeylocust (Gleditsia triacanthos) firewood (which was cut between February and March of this year). He reports that he can hear them chewing in the wood when the surrounding environment is quiet.
