Size: Maybe around 7 mm?
At first glance it seems a little like Telphusa latifasciella (White-banded Telphusa Moth - Hodges#1857), but it doesn't really look like any of those already in the guide.

Yes, this is Telphusa latifasciella, in the color form that has the white band replaced with a gray one.
