Vernal Stone - Perlinella ephyre - female

Vernal Stone - Perlinella ephyre - Female
Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
June 8, 2012
Size: 13.5mm to wingtip

Moved
Moved from Stoneflies.
Thanks Don. I see you posted the larva and now I got the adult.

Perlidae: Perlinella ephyre
a female - subgenital plate very good for this determining this species.

it is
a male and not a Perlesta. A good one (= I don't recognize it).

Interesting
Hopefully we hear more about this one.

angle isn't
right, but looks Perlesta-ish. If convenient, keep alive for me please. More are always good in the hopes of getting a male.
