Aglaostigma, probably
Aglaostigma
(specifically
A. semiluteus
) is the only thing recorded on
Impatiens
. Certainly doesn't rule out the large number of other Tenthredininae, but it's a very likely candidate.
Aglaostigma
should be distinguishable from other Tenthredininae by the presence of "warts" on the 7th annulet of each abdominal segment (absent in others), but unfortunately I don't think we can see clearly enough to assess that here.

Larva food plant
This is a photo of part of the plant. There were other branches. Leaves were of various sizes up to about 65 mm in length. A seed is shown in the inset, at different scale. Hope this helps.
