Took this one by blacklight and best guess is Acupalpus;id is appreciated.

Acupalpus testaceus
based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is now a photo-voucher in the P.W.Messer collection. Thanks Johhny.

Short body length (I measured 3 mm) and pale head colored same as reddish-yellow pronotum are some important features of this species.
