Date
Is this supposed to be June 11th rather than January 11th? January 11th would be a very unusual time to find this species I'm thinking. Also, wouldn't the willow would have dropped its leaves at this time of year?

Date
I believe June 11th would be correct based on the date in which I posted this.

Changed
I changed the date to June 11, 2012, which is also the date in the image metadata.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

What`s it eating?
Is it, by any chance, eating Willow or Poplar leaves?

Willow Leaves
I believe it is eating a willow leaf. There are no poplar trees in the area, but the lower willow bushes are prominent.

"what's the difference?"
Worm is a generic name for a wide variety of different cylindrical animals, including many that are not insects or even arthropods. Caterpillar is restricted to larvae of Lepidoptera (moths and butterflies). Larvae of individual species of Lepidoptera may have names with "worm", e.g. "hornworm", or not. There isn't a formal system for assigning common names.

Limenitis cat…
The only horned bird dropping mimics.
