Collected in vinegar trap, placed at a blueberry farm. Monitoring for SWD.

You're right!
Took a longer look at this one. I had forgotten that some diapriid species don't express an open wing stigma, but instead have what you might call a slightly thickened marginal vein only. The clincher (that I didn't notice earlier), are the swollen femurs which are not seen in mymarids. Thanks for the heads-up.
