I am not moving this because I am convinced by the COI analysis, which seems like a bizarre way of making a generic placement. Some better photography, particularly better light quality, is what I was hoping to see. But when I expand the current image, I can more clearly see what appears to be the propodeal trough indicative of the genus. Moreover, a river flats is surely Atractodes habitat.

Moved from Ichneumon Wasps.

Apparently Atractodes
COI sequence appeared to fall within Atractodes when queried against the BOLD database. A BOLD TaxonID Tree is posted with the specimen record at the URI above.

The apparently laterally compressed metasoma caused me to suspect Atractodes, but I cannot see the sternaulus, although that may be because of glare, which is also a problem with the wing. Photo seems to hint that the propodeum has a central trough (areola and petiolar area not separated by a carina), which would also be consistent with Atractodes.

Moved from ID Request.
