I'm thinking this is (subgenital plate of) Flag-tailed Spinyleg. Not having any "manuals", can anyone confirm ID of this teneral, by this photo or next 2?

Agree with your ID - Dromogomphus spoliatus (female)
The subgenital plate matches picture of D. spoliatus in (1)
The long spiny hind femurs are characteristic of the genus Dromogomphus.
Thoracic and abdominal patterns match D. spoliatus.
