Size: Body Length ~ 1 cm
Hmmm...could this specimen be an example of Aneleaphus pumilus? If not that, then what (I wonder). Thanks for looking!

Bruce, Thanks for the helpful tutorial with the other specimen! The Oak Tree Pruner (A. parallelus) seems a great pictoral match, Bruce! Lots of oaks were this (and the other) specimen was found!
