Unknown Wasp - Orthopelma

Galls found on Dog Rose (Rosa canina). Kept them over the winter in separate jar from other galls, expecting Diplolepis rosae to emerge. Instead all emergent wasps were quite different (see following two photos). Wondering if this is something parasitic on D. rosae?

Again, they unfortunately emerged while we were on vacation and were dead by the time we got back.
