Sawfly - Dimorphopteryx

Sawfly - Dimorphopteryx
Sudbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
July 16, 2006

Thanks Dave
I would guess this is probably D. melanognathus, since that's the only species of Dimorphopteryx larvae I've found around here.

Tenthredinidae
Allantinae, Dimorphopteryx sp.
