Moved from Anthidium.

Appears to be an Anthidium oblongatum female
If so, a first record for the Pacific states and a first record W of Colorado. Additional documentation of any kind would be welcome.

Thanks
again for revisiting this one. I took these photos when I first starting photographing insects. I used a really cheap point and shoot for this photo. Little did I know it was something interesting. I wonder how it got there. It was photographed near a storm water retention pond in a housing subdivision. I have since moved to a different city so it is unlikely I can look for these in that area again.

interesting
more photos or a specimen voucher would be welcome

I regret that is the only photo I have. I am really just a beginner at photographing and identifying insects. Last month I just started taking pictures of anything that moved. So I think I only got one picture of this before it moved on. By the way what is an specimen voucher?
