little green bug
Carlisle, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
June 15, 2012
Size: 2 to 3mm
This little thing was on a Digitalis plant. It was about the size of some aphids. I think it must be the nymph of something but don't know what.

comical
agree, it is rather comical. One of my friends thought it was facing the other way as if it had a long snout!
