Again, note the yellow-and-black color pattern on thorax, head, and abdomen are much like Harsi's Sapyga angustata post below:

The wing infuscation & venation and the ocelli (lacking the "tubercles" of Eusapyga) also agree well with Harsi's post. I even count 11 flagellomeres on the lower (right) antenna...indicating a male, as Harsi noted.

Again, the mouthparts are extended...here giving a good view of what I presume are the palpi!
