Somewhat looks like the Great
Somewhat looks like the Greater Wax Moth - Hodges#5622 (Galleria mellonella). Not a positive id but an observation.

 
Yes!
That's why it looked so vaguely familiar - we raised those as lizard food a long time ago in Europe. We have several feral bee hives on our land, so no surprise to see the moths, but it's a first.
