Odonteus sp.? - Odonteus

Odonteus sp.? - Odonteus
Groton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
June 20, 2012
Size: 7.2mm

Odonteus females
nearly impossible w/o association with males. Didn't you collect a male recently? if from the same area, it could be used for association...

of course, that far north may limit your choices anyway.

maybe...
he sent her to the store for a 6-pack.

Maybe a 12 pack
A 6 pack wouldn't last long in this heat:-)

The male
was collected in a town 40 miles west of my location, so we can't associate the 2 specimens.

Sure, looks like its female
Moved from Scarab, Stag and Bess Beetles. With a friendly Heterocerus...

famale Odonteus sp.
Thanks Brad. Can the females be identified, and if so do you want this one?
