Leafhopper - Tinobregmus vittatus - male

Leafhopper - Tinobregmus vittatus - Male
Rocky Fork Conservation Area, Boone County, Missouri, USA
June 22, 2012
Size: 4-5mm
Found these bugs today on plant leaves. They can hop like crazy when they wanna get. I believe I have male and female in separate picture. I believe they are a Leafhopper, specifically Tinobregmus viridescens. Hard to find more info on it.
