Hippodamia apicalis/expurgata complex
That's as close as I can get - the two species aren't separable externally, and both occur in your area.

Hippodamia sp.
It's probably one of a complex that requires examination of male genitalia (apicalis/expurgata complex). I've collected a couple species in northern AZ.

Thanks!
I wonder if it could be H apicalis due to it's location in Arizona.

if my memory is working...
there are at least two in this complex in Northern Arizona and surroungind states...
